Mission Generosity: Hearts for the Homeless | May 5, 2020

Giving Tuesday Now is a global movement of generosity focused on showing support through acts of kindness and thanks to neighbors and community members, reaching across borders into every country.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Open House Ministries continues to serve homeless families in Southwest Washington with food, shelter, and vital life-changing programs. As the corona virus spreads throughout the Pacific Northwest we are responding to community partners, calling on volunteers and collecting homemade masks to share with another at-risk group. Being able to provide protective masks has given us one more way to serve and bless others in our community.

Generosity is measured in simple acts of giving. We encourage everyone to find new ways to connect and bless those around them. Now more than ever, supporting efforts to help homeless families find shelter and restoration is essential. For our ministry, it is our calling.
